Project Description

This project involved interior and exterior renovations and restorations.  Major items included: 1. Steeple Replacement – removal of the 1920 after fire design and replacement with one similar to the 1870 original design, shingles were look alike slate made from terne coated stainless, dormers/louvers were fiberglass; 2. Street Terrace Deck – replacement of the 1940 design with one that provided a larger gathering area with a unifying design of brick piers, aluminum rails and fencing, which brings the rectory, school and church together as a whole; 3. Lighting – complete replacement of the electrical systems including sound and interior / exterior lighting systems; 4. Exterior Brick – complete replacement of damaged / unsound brick, tuckpointing mortar joints and clear sealer; 5. Interior Finishes – all new finishes, paint, carpet, marble floor at altar, pew re-finishing, gold leaf altar wall murals.
